Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand, dissect creative briefs and turn them into visually appealing designs.
- Design engaging marketing collaterals, social media creatives and concepts, often in collaboration with social media strategists and copywriters.
- Conduct design research on industry trends, market competition, and target audience preferences to enhance your design decisions.
- Study design theories to know what works, fix what's not, and make it even better.
- Spot new trends and blend them into our plans to always be at the forefront.
- Work under tight deadlines and deliver efficiently. (yet realistic deadlines :))
- Having an understanding of brand identity designing, branding, and other design theories will be a plus.
- Comprehend user behavior on Social Media Platforms and how design plays a pivotal role in influencing their actions.
Requirements
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Figma
- Prior agency experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with the design thinking process
- Strong communication skills
