Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand and dissect creative briefs.
- Ensure a smooth communication between the Client and Agency by understanding Client's requirements and timelines.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in collaboration with art directors, social media strategists and copywriters.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market competition, and target audience preferences to inform and enhance content creation.
- Turn followers into brand enthusiasts through smart social strategies.
- Study social media metrics to know what's successful, fix what's not, and make it even better.
- Spot new trends and blend them into our plans to always be at the forefront.
- Work under tight deadlines and deliver efficiently. (yet realistic deadlines :))
- Should be able to shoot byte-size content (Reels and Shorts) for social media accounts.
Requirements
- Experience in ideating with creatives (art directors, strategists, copywriters)
- Knowledge of shooting short-form content (Reels, Shorts)
- Familiarity with analyzing social media metrics
- Able to work under tight but realistic deadlines
- Have proven experience of working in an agency
