Roles and Reponsibilities
- Understand and break down creative briefs to bring concepts to life.
- Experience with video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects
- Edit high-quality short-form & long-form videos tailored for different platforms (Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Enhance videos with motion graphics, sound design, and dynamic transitions to elevate storytelling.
- Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor content to keep our videos fresh and impactful.
- Experiment with new editing techniques, AI tools, and visual effects to stay ahead of the curve.
- Optimize video formats, pacing, and thumbnails to maximize engagement and retention.
- Work under tight but realistic deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of creative briefs
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Experience editing short & long-form videos (Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Skilled in motion graphics, sound design & transitions
- Ability to optimize videos for engagement
- Can meet deadlines while maintaining quality
