Roles and Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of deliverables according to the client’s requirements.
- Plan and Execute the Strategies for Clients.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
- Proven account management or other relevant experience.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Must be Enthusiastic and passionate.
- Must be good with Analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
