Responsibilities
- Content Calendar Management: Manage and execute multi-brand content calendars, ensuring timely and coordinated delivery of assets.
- Content Scheduling & Publishing: Manage and deploy content across all social platforms using scheduling tools to maximize reach and engagement on the social media handles of the brand.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with design, copy, client servicing, and creative strategy teams to interpret briefs, provide timely progress updates, and support flawless execution.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and brand interactions, fostering meaningful engagement with the online community of the brand.
- UGC & Brand Mentions Amplification: Identify, curate, and repurpose user-generated content and brand shoutouts on social media to enhance authenticity and brand affinity.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Compile content performance metrics into reports to help creative strategists to enhance future content initiatives.
- Influencer Marketing Coordination: Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand’s tone.
- Trend & Platform Intelligence: Monitor emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform updates, integrating relevant opportunities into strategy.
- Algorithm & Format Optimization: Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, content format innovations, and audience consumption patterns to help creative strategists with content planning.
