boAt was launched in 2016 by Aman Gupta and Sameer Mehta. The company’s portfolio offers well-designed, innovative and distinctive fashionable lifestyle-oriented products at attractive price points targeted at a young and widely addressable audience within India.
boAt’s product range includes an extensive catalogue of headphones, earphones, smart watches, speakers, travel chargers and premium cables, with Indian consumers’ desires and preferences at the core of its design.
We noticed boAt's communication on social media and saw that most of the time it's groovy, funky and playful with young audience at the heart of it. That's when our team thought of associating specific products of boAt with positivity and motivational messaging. And that's when this Concept Tweak came into the picture.
We chose different categories of speakers and aligned those products with a motivational and positive communication on the basis of the overall appearance of those products.
This concept tweak got a decent traction on Linkedin and this campaign gave our team a bit more understanding of boAt as a brand. This campaign did generate the feelings of a #boAtHead
